This document was produced on behalf of Mayor Stoney by Senior Policy Advisor Dr. Thad Williamson in the Mayor’s Office, working in close collaboration with Chief Administrative Officer Selena Cuffee-Glenn and the executive leadership team of the City of Richmond.
